Service and scope
M-Jot (晓账) is operated by XIAOWEN YUAN, an individual developer using the Google Play developer name Xiaowen Studio, with China as the registered developer country. Its official website is https://m-jot.com. It provides accounting, statistics, budgets, shared ledgers, import, export and recurring-entry tools. See this page’s contact information for inquiries, and the Privacy Policy for data handling.
M-Jot is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. The initial Google Play launch is planned for Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, with actual app and subscription availability shown on the relevant store page. Store content ratings do not replace applicable requirements for contractual capacity or personal-data protection.
Records, statistics and currency conversion depend on your input and service calculations and do not replace bank or payment-provider statements. Recurring entries create records; they do not initiate payments.
Accounts and content
Use an email or Google identity you are entitled to use, and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, attack the service or bypass permissions to access another person’s data.
Upload only images, files and records you are entitled to process. Consider everyone affected before sharing. Members collaborate within their roles, and may retain exported copies or screenshots.
Free features and VIP benefits
Basic accounting does not require VIP. Entry photos, entry locations, recurring entries and data export require VIP. VIP also provides additional owned ledgers and budget activation capacity.
Free accounts can create at most one ledger. Joining another person’s ledger does not consume this creation allowance. Budget drafts are unlimited, but a free account can activate only one distinct budget scheme cumulatively. Disabling or deleting it does not restore the allowance; resuming the same scheme or rolling it into another period does not consume another activation.
Shared-ledger capacity follows its owner’s entitlement: up to 5 people for free accounts or 100 for VIP, including the owner. Downgrading does not automatically remove excess members, but further joins are blocked while over capacity. Availability may vary with version, region and account status.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Public VIP periods are monthly, quarterly and annual. The purchase screen shows available plans. Local Google Play prices, currencies, periods and purchase-confirmation details govern the transaction. This website does not collect payments.
Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting your account are different actions. Refunds and consumer rights follow platform rules and applicable law; there is no blanket no-refunds restriction. Existing historical and administrator-granted lifetime memberships remain supported and are not publicly sold plans.
Data operations and availability
Check the preview before importing, protect exported files and verify what you are deleting. Uploading and syncing need a connection; after an error, check whether the operation succeeded before repeating it.
Maintenance, network issues or provider failures may temporarily affect features. Contact support about problems with paid access. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights required by applicable law.
Signing out, uninstalling or revoking system permissions does not automatically delete your account or cancel Google Play subscriptions. Permanent deletion requires a separate request and verification, with no cooling-off or recovery window. After success, the original account and its remaining membership cannot be restored. Registration creates a new account with a newly calculated free budget activation allowance.
Permanent deletion removes your own entries, images and other accounting data. Ledgers you own become read-only while other members’ entries remain. Any required stop to Google Play future payments must be confirmed first. If that fails or the result is unknown, account deletion does not complete and can be retried. See the dedicated policies for refunds and necessary record retention.
