Sign-in and passwords
The product includes registration, sign-in, password reset and password settings. Follow the app’s prompts and never share passwords or verification codes.
Google sign-in and linking depend on platform and configuration. Use the options available in your installed app.
Protect your device and session
Authentication credentials use device secure-storage capabilities. This does not mean the entire records database is end-to-end encrypted. Protect the device with the operating system’s lock screen.
The app-launch password flow is not fully implemented. Do not rely on that entry point to protect your data.
Account deletion status
In versions that support in-app account deletion, open Me → Account security → Delete account to review the consequences, verify your email and confirm permanent deletion. Check the displayed result or saved receipt; there is no cooling-off or recovery window.
If an older version only opens instructions, you cannot sign in or the service is unavailable, request deletion through the email on the Account and Data Deletion page without reinstalling the app. Sending an email does not complete deletion. That page explains shared ledgers, remaining membership, feedback and necessary retained records.
