Free allowances and VIP benefits
Entry photos, locations, recurring entries and data export require VIP. Free users can create one ledger; joining others does not count toward that creation allowance. Budget drafts are unlimited, but only one distinct scheme can be activated cumulatively for free. Disabling or deleting does not restore the allowance; resuming or rolling the same scheme does not consume it again.
Monthly, quarterly and annual VIP
Available auto-renewing or prepaid plans follow the app and Google Play displays. Local prices, total charge, period and renewal type follow the purchase confirmation. Historical and administrator lifetime memberships remain supported and are not publicly sold.
Restore purchases and investigate issues
Use the original M-Jot account and corresponding Google Play payment account to restore purchases or refresh status. Ordinary cancellation usually preserves the paid period; refunds require a separate request. Uninstalling or signing out does not automatically cancel a subscription. Keep the order identifier, time and relevant details for support rather than repeatedly buying or paying a private third-party account.
Permanent deletion and membership
If a new purchase is first received after permanent account deletion, and its benefits have neither been delivered nor confirmed as delivered to Google Play, Google will automatically cancel and refund that purchase. This does not apply to purchases whose benefits were delivered before deletion, and M-Jot does not initiate this refund.
In-app account deletion first confirms any required stop to Google Play future payments. Failure or an unknown result leaves deletion incomplete and allows a retry. Once permanently deleted, the original account’s remaining membership cannot be used or restored. Refunds can still be requested separately through Google Play or the privacy contact email.
Registration creates a new account without restoring old purchases or lifetime grants, and the cumulative free budget allowance is calculated afresh. To stop renewals while using the rest of a paid period, choose ordinary subscription cancellation.
